Refund Policy

Thank you for using EveChart (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). To better protect users’ legitimate rights and interests and regulate the use of the Service, we have established this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides online digital tools and related online services. After payment, users can immediately access online features and obtain downloadable or exportable digital content. Due to the reproducible and storable nature of digital content, once delivered, it is considered fulfilled. Therefore, the Service does not offer unconditional refunds.

2. Refundable Situations

If any of the following situations apply, users may submit a refund request within 7 days from the payment date:

  1. Verifiable system or technical failures that prevent normal use of the paid Service, and such issues have not been resolved within a reasonable time after being reported;
  2. Duplicate payments caused by system errors or operational mistakes;
  3. Situations where refunds are required by laws and regulations;
  4. Other reasonable cases that the Service, at its own discretion, determines to be refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Except for the cases above, the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Digital content that has been successfully generated, downloaded, exported, or used, which by its nature cannot be returned;
  2. Refund requests made for personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with features or results, failure to fully read product descriptions, or incorrect usage);
  3. The user has accessed the Service but did not use it within the validity period;
  4. Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the payment date, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

4. Refund Application Process

  1. Users must submit a refund request within 7 days from the payment date by emailing [email protected], including order information, payment proof, and the reason for the refund.
  2. The Service will review the application within 3 business days of receiving complete materials and notify the user of the result and next steps by email.
  3. For approved refunds, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 7 business days after confirmation.

5. Special Notes

  1. If a refund is delayed due to force majeure or reasons beyond the Service’s control (such as third-party payment channel issues or network fluctuations), the Service will actively assist in resolving the matter but will not be liable for additional compensation.
  2. In cases of suspected malicious behavior or abuse of refunds, the Service reserves the right to refuse the refund or suspend account access.
  3. If the user disagrees with the refund result, they may appeal again via [email protected]. The Service will assist in resolving it within a reasonable scope.
  1. If this Refund Policy conflicts with current laws or regulations, those laws and regulations shall prevail.
  2. The Service reserves the right to revise this policy as needed to reflect operational or legal changes. Revised content will be announced on the official website or through other appropriate channels and will take effect from the date of the announcement.
  3. Users are considered to have read and agreed to this Refund Policy before making payment and using the Service.
