Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and won’t renew afterward. You can manage your subscription on the 'Billing & Subscription' page in the Dashboard.

Yes. EveChart offers both monthly and annual subscriptions. You can choose before subscribing or switch at any time afterward. The system will automatically prorate and adjust the charges based on the remaining period.

Yes. We offer a manual refund process within 7 days of purchase, under certain conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. To request a refund, contact us via email, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible after verifying your case.

Yes, all your existing projects will be kept. After upgrading, you’ll be able to save unlimited projects and access premium features like high-resolution export and more chart themes.

No, the Free plan lets you create clean and professional charts. However, please note that it comes with limited features and flexibility compared to the Pro version.

EveChart uses Stripe to process payments. We currently support major international credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), Apple Pay (on supported devices), and Google Pay (on supported devices).

Yes. You can choose the monthly plan and cancel anytime after your first month. You won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Immediately. Once the payment is successful, your Pro features are activated right away, with no need to log out or wait.

Currently, Pro subscriptions are for individual accounts only. Team sharing or collaboration features are not yet supported but are under consideration.

Pro users can save and manage unlimited projects without auto-deletion. If you cancel your subscription and return to the Free plan, only 3 projects will remain accessible, and the rest will be locked but recoverable when you upgrade again.
